At the event attended more then 700 artists from 43 counties of Europe and the Mediterranean area. Antonio Di Ciaula e Annalisa Lazoi, who participated at the event as EVS volunteers, have followed these artists and took part at several events for 4 weeks.

Antonio Di Ciaula, born in Modugno (Puglia), almost 10 years ago he began to taking photographs, leaded by a deep and natural passion. Fascinated above all from the surrounding landscapes and the classical techniques of darkroom, he started his personal explorations of little villages in Puglia and Lucania together with his faithful Nikon F and a Hasselblad 500C. His works are exposed until the 12th of December at Galleria di Porta Pepite (Matera). Here his photos.

Annalisa Lazoi, born in Lecce in the ’81. She’s always been a photography lover, and of reportage above all. She began studying the techniques of illumination and photography since the 2003, getting completely hooked on portrait. This passion leads her to Milan, to studying at the Italian Institute of Photography, where she came nearer also to the still life kind. After her return to Lecce, she approached also to the world of video. Here her photos.
