The point of departure for this film was the narrative device, that is, an endeavor to experiment with a relationship of complete desynchronism between sound and image. The narrative proper is extremely simple, a bit like a road movie in which the story may be derived from the places themselves or the path the characters take.

I wasn’t particularly concerned with the plot; on the contrary, the idea was for the story to be linear, to interfere as little as possible with the mechanisms of sound/image perception or attention that I really wanted to try out.
