Gender, body-type and tastes need to be considered when we think of a new food-concept, a knowing experience that is not just health but also a way to wonder, stimulate apetite and increase curiosity in eating.
Therefore I have created a menu that is thought to be open to this everyday perspective, increasing the variety of aromas, color ranges, that seem amazing.
Eating flowers with shiny forks and a glass of good wine has always be one of my desire. This menu is a demonstration of the need to open a wider perspective of food choices.
